Design Specs Guidelines

Remember to create compelling visuals, concise messaging, and a clear call-to-action. Leverage the power of print to convey sophistication and exclusivity, resonating with your target audience. Craft personalized pieces highlighting your brand’s unique offerings. Include special promotions, discounts, or invitations to private events.  Be sure to also include contact information such as a website, phone number and/or an email address for clients to reach you.

File Formats We Accept

If submitting designer source files, we will only accept: PSD, AI, and INDD . If any source files are submitted, please be sure to include any fonts used, if not outlined/flattened.

QTR PAGE: 5in X 2in

Bleed & Cut/Crop Areas

All print-ready assets must include a 1/8in BLEED AREA on all four sides of the ad. This ensures all artwork is cut/cropped properly once it goes to the printer.

The additional bleed will add 1/4in to each side of the final ad size. See 2 examples below: FULL Page / HALF Page

Design Related Assets

Any design related assets, such as photos, graphics, or any print-ready artwork – must be high resolution of 300 ppi or above – this ensures a sharp, high-quality print. We will NOT accept Microsoft Word, Publisher, or Powerpoint files (DOC – DOCX – PUB – PPT). We will also NOT accept any proprietary formats from many online design builders such as Canva, Figma, Vectr, or VistaCreate.  Please either export to PDF, or convert these to an accepted standard image format prior to sending to us.

Asset Submissions

If sending Print-Ready assets, or an Ad –  we prefer PDF files.

Please remove any crop marks or registration marks, as they may appear in your final ad after it goes to print.
